Indara ‘Speak Up’ Culture | Whistleblower Hotline

Indara is committed to operating ethically and legally and creating an open environment where you feel comfortable raising concerns. Put simply, you are strongly encouraged to ‘Speak Up’ about any behaviour that doesn’t feel quite right, is unethical, illegal, in violation of professional standards, or inconsistent with the Indara Code of Conduct.

In the first instance, we encourage you to talk to your Indara representative or contact to report any concerns of wrongdoing. Indara also have other methods available to you, including contacting the Risk and Compliance Team on risk@indara.com or 1800 006 667 (and asking for the Risk and Compliance Team).

If you do not feel comfortable doing so, or do not know whom to contact, whistleblower reports can be made at any time via KPMG Faircall or 1800 500 965 (reports can be made anonymously). We have controls in place to ensure that no individual receives updates or is involved in any decision making where there is a real or perceived conflict of interest. KPMG Faircall is an independent service to report suspected fraud and other serious misconduct. KPMG will review the information you provide and prepare a report for the Senior Management of the organisation. When you submit a report using this platform, you will be able to create a digital postbox, allowing you to maintain your anonymity while facilitating ongoing communication with KPMG about your report.
