Site Operations and Support
Our extensive site support capabilities ensure safe, easy and fast access in the event of an emergency.
Our site operations services include:
24/7 Site Management Centre
At Indara, providing access and transparency to site operations is critical. Our Site Management Centre (SMC) operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure our customers can speak to our expert team with any requests or issues relating to the sites we manage.
Our SMC is in control of all issues related to the sites we monitor – ensuring reporting and analysis, access control, WHS compliance, first contact for customers, landlords and site contractors.
Working with our local field operations supervisors and maintenance contractors, the SMC coordinates activities to facilitate trouble-free and safe access to sites owned and managed by Indara.
Our SMC team is experienced in both the operations of telecommunication facilities and the deployment of field resources to ensure site issues are resolved rapidly and cost effectively.
Site access and support
Indara customers, customer personnel and contractors access our sites on a daily basis for a variety of reasons. If you need to attend our sites, you will need a digital site permit to do so.
For works relating to a customer application to install or modify equipment on an Indara site
Permits are generated as part of our Application Process once the agent has completed the Site Access Request questions. The digital site permit will be issued to the Principal Contractor by email after the Application Approval.
For any other planned or emergency works
For planned works, please contact our Site Management Centre on 1800 006 667 or contact us here to obtain a permit prior to attending on site.
