In early November Cameron Evans announced his resignation from the role of CEO, effective 31 December, 2024.

The Board has commenced a search process for a new CEO however in the meantime, current Indara CFO Michael Ferguson, will assume the role of Interim CEO, effective 3rd December, 2024, until a new CEO is appointed.

Michael joined Indara in January 2024 and brings to Indara over 20 years of experience working in complex infrastructure organisations, both ASX listed and in private equity. Michael is a Chartered Accountant who also trained at Ernst and Young, in Australia and internationally.

Aleksandar Zlatkovic, Treasurer & Head of Corporate Finance will step up into the role of Interim CFO during the period.

These interim appointments will provide continuity and leadership for both Indara’s people and customers during the transition period to a new CEO.

Michael will work with Cameron over the coming weeks to complete a handover ahead of Cameron’s departure on 31 December this year.
