Sue is Indara’s Independent Chair. She is also the Chair of Yarra Valley Water as well as Director of Mercer Superannuation, CDC Data Centres, and ClimateWorks Centre. Sue is the President of Bush Heritage Australia.
Sue has more than 25 years in the technology sector including 13 years as a Senior Executive at Telstra Corporation.
Sue holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Graduate of Diploma Business Management. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of Chief Executive Women.
Tim is a Chair, Non-Executive Director, Board Advisor, Committee Chair, and former CEO, and CFO across organisations in the technology, infrastructure, media, sport, health and finance sectors.
Tim’s Board experience includes ReadyTech, Bigtincan, Central Coast Local Health District, CPA Australia, NSW Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences, and Business Council of Australia. Tim was also previously the CEO of Oracle Australia and New Zealand, CCO of NBN Co., and CEO of SAP Australia and New Zealand.
Tim completed Insead’s mini-MBA, is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Leaders and Managers, and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Christine Chairs the Indara Audit & Risk Committee and is a Non-Executive Director of AGL Ltd and Collins Foods Ltd.
Christine sits on the Boards of two Not-for-Profits organisations including The McGrath Foundation and The State Library of NSW Foundation.
Christine has an MBA and Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie University, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and member of its Corporate Governance Committee.
Paul is a Senior Investment Director in the Real Assets team at AustralianSuper, having joined in 2014 following time spent in infrastructure advisory within KPMG’s Corporate Finance practice.
Paul supports the origination and execution of new investment opportunities primarily in Australia, with experience across North America and the UK/Europe.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, is a CFA Charterholder and GAICD.
Murray is an Executive Director of Certis Australia and Non-Executive Director of Far East Organisation Australian Group.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the Australian Telecommunications Industry and was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Optus for over 10 years. His responsibilities at Optus included the overall financial management of the Company, implementing and maintaining an appropriate governance framework, and driving various strategic initiatives.
Murray holders a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Nick is the Head of Australian Real Asset Investments at AustralianSuper. His responsibilities include oversight of AustralianSuper’s portfolio of Infrastructure and Property investments in Australia.
Prior to joining AustralianSuper in 2024, Nick was a Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Asset Management Real Assets where he spent 17 years, firstly in Sydney and then working across the Americas in Mexico City, Sao Paulo and New York.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Bond University.
Ben has over 17 years of experience in telecommunications, media and technology. He was a long-standing member of the Optus senior executive team in a wide variety of roles across the Consumer, Business, Enterprise, Wholesale and Satellite divisions, along with time leading Strategy and Corporate Development. Prior to Optus Ben worked for over 10 years as a management consultant with Bain & Company in North and Central America, Europe and the Asia Pacific.
Ben was also previously the Chair and Non-Executive Director of Southern Cross Cables, and a Non-Executive Director of the Bridge Alliance.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
